A key part of my role was to facilitate a more collaborative environment. I initiated and led strategic partnerships with school administrators, faculty, and PTO officers to ensure our meetings provided timely and pertinent updates on school events and important happenings. The intentional use of bilingual presentations and live interpretation during every meeting was crucial, making sure all parents felt included and informed. This focused effort not only improved communication but also strengthened the overall sense of community within the school, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and shared success.

I led several monthly virtual parent meetings for a community of over 300 families, creating a new standard for engagement. By leveraging the ClassDojo communication platform in new ways, bilingual meeting announcements and reminders were sent leading to record attendance numbers. My approach was always to build trust and clarity, which I reinforced through the design of clean, print and digital flyers aligned with the school's brand.
